Pros
Easy to assemble, took me 20 minutes total to unbox and assemble.
Very solid construction and quality materials.
Extremely comfortable for long periods of time. Bonus it breathes very well. Must state it is not the fluffy soft people associate with comfortable chairs.
Helps posture with lumbar support,
adjustable headrest and adjustable arm support. Really helped with my back and neck pain.

“This is my second Hyken chair and my first is still going strong. The only problem is my wife needed a more comfortable chair (working from home takes it’s toll) so I gave her my Hyken (Mr. Nice Guy).
I used her old chair for about a month and I couldn’t take it any more! Sore elbows, sore back, warm, very uncomfortable. I found less expensive chairs but ultimately, based on her favorable experience and mine, I decided to purchase another Hyken. Great decision!
Packaging: well packaged, all items arrived undamaged.
Ease of assembly: It helps to have an extra person, the construction is meant to last and the parts are a little heavy. Attaching the seat assembly is challenging. Overall, it took about 30 minutes. Every part is clearly labeled and color coded, instructions are simple to follow, even for a guy like me who can’t hammer a nail.
This chair has sufficient adjustability to accommodate most people. I am average height and weight and I find the chair comfortable to use over a long period of time, about 8 hours average per day. I especially appreciate the breathable mesh support seat and back, nice and cool and great to have the air flow.
Though there are less expensive alternatives, if you spend a considerable amount of time like I do sitting, this is a great office chair!”

“I thought this was going to be the chair for me but I hate it. I’m 6’1” and around 200+ and the chair doesn’t fit well.
The lumbar support is too narrow and the seat squeezes my hips together. I’m also getting a lot of tailbone pain with this chair. Also the headrest hits me in the shoulder blades. I really thought this chair looked good and probably works for smaller people but I would only recommend if you’re 5’8″ or shorter and probably 150 lbs or lighter.
I also recommend anyone serious about getting an office chair that they go buy one in person from an office stores. Now I probably get to deal with re-stocking fees and paying for return shipping.”

“I decided to try out this chair because I have never owned an ergonomic one. This one however is anything but. It is overall two small and the mesh seems a little cheap. If the chair were bigger, and about half the price it would be worth it. As is, it is a very uncomfortable chair. Maybe good for a child, but not worth it for an average to large sized adult.
Returning it has also been a hassle. They SAY they provide pickups, but will not do so. They supposedly scheduled one for me three times but not a single person came by my home. Also tried shipping myself, but the address provided is listed as “non-deliverable” according to UPS. I will attempt to do that and pray I get my money back.
Keep looking if you want to try ergonomic chairs. This isn’t the one.”
